Deluxe Premium (Less Browning)
It has been specially processed to cater to the requirements of high-end bakeries. This quality is widely preferred in the Bun Industry due to its adherence to buns and the seeds remaining white after baking conditions. Currently, this quality seeds are used by fast food giants like McDonald’s, Burger King and KFC as topping on their breads.
Premium Quality
This quality is very popular among mid-segment & high-end bakeries all over the world. It has been introduced with an intention to cater the market with a high quality product at a reasonable price. Its performance during baking condition is appreciated by many and hence has a long list of satisfied clientele.
Semi-Premium & Standard Quality
These qualities are catering to the markets which are more price oriented. They are widely used in preparation of Middle Eastern foods like “Tahini” and “Halvah”. Even though these qualities are catering to price conscious markets there is no compromise in terms of specifications committed and food safety of the product.
Natural Sesame Seeds
We offer several varieties of Natural White, Brown & Black Sesame Seeds with purity ranging from 98% to 99.98%. These are offered under several brands like “Samrat” brand super sesame seeds and are very popular in the domestic market.
Roasted (Natural & Hulled) Sesame Seeds
We can offer both Roasted Natural Sesame Seeds & Roasted Hulled Sesame Seeds. The seeds are evenly roasted to remove moisture and thus have a much longer shelf life.
Oil-Crushing Grade Sesame Seeds
This product is obtained from re-cleaning of sortex rejection & other rejected seeds. Available as Natural Oil-Crushing & Hulled Oil-Crushing qualities.
